Returns for Bridal Accessories & Custom Floral Designs:

Due to the fact that Bridal, Jewelry & accessories are intended for one-time usage only, and many of these items are customized for you on your wedding day, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final - We do not issue refunds.

Damaged & Defective Items:

Damaged orders or defective items will be replaced with a new copy of the same item. Check your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a damaged/defective item you need to contact us with in 2 days of receiving the item to let us know the reason why you want to return your item and to receive a return authorization (RA) number. When should I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders within the U.S. are usually delivered within 7-10 days. But all custom-made designs which take about three weeks – two months additional for production time. If for any reason delivery is expected to be longer, our customer service will notify you as soon as possible. Usually we deliver the order before the due time.

How much my shipping will cost?

The exact shipping cost is determined by the weight of your purchase.

Do you except rush order?

Yes! There will be an additional fee for rush orders. If faster processing time or expedited mail services are necessary to delivery your order, then additional charges will be applied.

What type of Payment do you accept?

We use PayPal as a Payment Method because of their established commitment to your security as a buyer. A PayPal account is not necessary needed to complete a credit card transaction.

Can I use my credit card online?

Yes, you are only using the service PayPal provides to process your credit card, you don’t have to sign up with PayPal.

Can I cancel my Gift Card Certificate?

Customer can cancel their gift certificate within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser.

Can I get a refund on my Gift Certificate? Refunds on gift certificates that were purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on gift certificates that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.

Do you have an Expiration Date on your Gift Certificate? Gift certificates do not have an expiration date.

Can I add someone Email Address on the Gift Certificate? Yes, only if you are sure to whom you will give the gift certificate to, or if you plan to print and personally deliver it. But if you are not sure do not include an Email Address.

* If someone’s email address is indicated on a printed gift certificate, it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address. If a gift certificate is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be canceled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date.

How can I Redeem my Gift Certificate?

When a gift certificate is delivered to the customer, instructions are given on how to redeem the Gift Certificate. The person who receives the Gift Certificate must have a PayPal account or sign up for one in order to redeem their gift certificates. This safeguard is intended to protect all parties involved.



Shipping Information:

Orders are Usually Shipped in 8-12 business days with the exception of the custom made items and any out of stock items. Delivery times for custom made items usually runs about three-four weeks, out of stock items may be up to ten weeks. Please email with your wear date before purchase if you are in a rush.
