Replacements & Returns for Bridal Accessories:
Due to the fact that Bridal, Jewelry & accessories are intended for one-time usage only, and many of these items are customized for you on your wedding day, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final - We do not issue refunds.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Damaged orders or defective items will be replaced with a new copy of the same item. Check your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a damaged/defective item you need to contact us with in 2 days of receiving the item to let us know the reason why you want to return your item and to receive a return authorization (RA) number. Order Cancellations:
All orders are processed immediately we are not able to accept order cancellations.
Shipping Information:
Orders are Usually Shipped in 8-12 business days with the exception of the custom made items and any out of stock items. Delivery times for custom made items usually runs about three-four weeks, out of stock items may be up to ten weeks. Please email with your wear date before purchase if you are in a rush.

- Allow 7-10 days from the time your payment is made for standard Priority Mail delivery within the U.S. Orders with the Express Mail option will still require 3-5 days for processing, so delivery could be up to 7 business days.
